1. Scope
This policy applies to all of the following content forms:
- User input (prompts): the photos, prompts, and instructions you submit.
- Images: AI-generated or edited pet figures, illustrations, and the like.
- Other derivative content produced as a result.
2. Content Standards & Prohibited Categories
2.1 Absolutely prohibited — zero tolerance
The following content is acted upon immediately upon discovery, and we reserve the right to report it to the authorities:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors.
- Content promoting or facilitating terrorism, extremism, or mass violence.
- Instructions for building weapons of mass destruction.
- Content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred.
- Non-consensual deepfake sexual content targeting real individuals.
2.2 Strictly restricted — subject to review
- Adult content: only in compliant, age-verified contexts.
- Violent content: must have a clear creative or educational context.
- Politically sensitive content: content that may be misleading.
- Medical / legal / financial advice: must comply with local regulations.
2.3 Generally prohibited conduct
- Generating or spreading misinformation or rumors.
- Impersonating real individuals, brands, or organizations.
- Infringing intellectual property, likeness, or privacy rights.
- Deceiving others with AI content by claiming it was human-made.
- Mass-generating spam or fraudulent content.
- Jailbreak prompts intended to bypass the platform's safety mechanisms.
3. Content Moderation
The platform uses a multi-layered system of “automated moderation + human review + periodic sampling.”
3.1 Automated moderation (real-time)
- Input filtering: safety screening of submitted photos and prompts.
- Output filtering: real-time safety evaluation of generated content.
- Usage-pattern analysis: monitoring for abnormal request behavior.
3.2 Human review
- Auto-flagged content enters a human review queue.
- User-reported content is examined by the trust & safety team.
- Reviewers complete content-safety training and sign confidentiality agreements.
3.3 Periodic sampling & audit
- Regular random-sample reviews.
- Continuous evaluation and improvement of the automated system's accuracy.

4. Reporting Mechanism
4.1 When to report
- Content or conduct that violates this policy's content standards.
- Serious violations such as child safety or terrorism.
- AI impersonation or infringement of your own rights.
4.2 Reporting principles
- Confidentiality: the reporter's identity is kept strictly confidential.
- Neutrality: all reports are reviewed independently and objectively.
- Abuse prevention: malicious or false reports are logged and handled.

If we need more time, we will proactively notify the reporter with the reason. The process is: report received → initial grading (L1–L4) → content review (automated + human) → decision → enforcement → notification of outcome.
7. Enforcement Measures

8. Appeals

- Timeline: we will complete the review and inform you of the outcome within 10 business days.
9. Transparency & Policy Changes
- We continuously assess and, where appropriate, publish our content-safety practices.
- For material changes to this policy, we will provide at least 14 days' notice.
- Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
